What is Alive Verify App?

A mobile and desktop application that allows employees in your stores to reliably verify customer IDs.

Mobile app for iOS and Android
The customer presents their digital ID, which your employee scans using the Alive Verify App on their mobile phone.
Web app
The employee verifies the customer's ID by entering the ID number. If a scanner is connected to the computer, they can scan the QR code on the digital ID.

How to work with Alive Verify App?

Log into the Alive Verify App using the credentials you received via email.
The customer will present their mobile device with a digital ISIC, ITIC, IYTC, or AliveID card (or their physical card).
To verify an ID card, please perform one of the these actions: 
- Click on "Scan AliveID" and scan the QR code on the digital card.
- Click on "Verify using ID number" and enter the ID number manually.
Select the type of discount and click on "Confirm Purchase".

Subsequently, you will see a pop-up notification confirming or rejecting the transaction, with a reason provided if the verification failed.

Log in using credentials you receive via email
For customer verification:
- Click on "Verify using card number"
- Enter customer's card number
- Choose which discount you want to give
Press "Confirm purchase" button. You will see a pop-up notification, which will confirm the transaction
If the customer is not verified or is not eligible for a discount, you will see the reason on the screen.
