TikTok campaign

Through Tik Tok we regularly inform about news from the ISIC world, communicate with the target group and strive to offer interesting content to watch.

Communication requirements

The communication topic should be chosen with the target group of students in mind. TikTok is primarily used for entertainment, so we recommend creating action-packed, humorous, and dynamic content related to student life. It's not appropriate for the content to seem like an advertisement.

  • Use an informal tone of voice even though target groups other than students follow us.
  • Communication cannot contain vulgarisms or other unethical elements, nor incite violence or an unhealthy lifestyle
  • All creative materials must contain at least one ISIC graphical element (logo, ISIC globe or ID card visual), which is available for download here.

TARGET GROUP

ISIC cardholders, students of high schools and/or universities. It is possible to target specific segments, for example according to age and location.

The message is being delivered in the name of ISIC (ITIC/ALIVE), it is therefore necessary to keep in mind that we = ISIC when formulating content. The text should not contain phrases such as „Our product…“, „We are the leader in“ etc. which may be misleading.

  • We bring you student tariffs from Vodafone starting from 487 CZK monthly
  • Get 10% off your Tesco purchases every week with ISIC
INCORRECT
  • We bring you our student tariffs starting from 487 CZK monthly
  • Get 10% off every week in our shops

Video
  • Length: max. 60 seconds, ideally 15 seconds
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1
  • Resolution: 960 × 540 px, 540 × 960 px or 640 x 640 px
  • Format: MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPEG, AVI
  • Video size: max. 500 MB
  • Bitrate: 516 kbps
  • We recommend grabbing the viewers attention within the first 2 seconds and supplement the video with  catchy music.
Accompanying text
  • Length: max. 100 charactes including spaces
  • The text shouldn't contain emojis nor special characters (such as # or {})
  • Generally, try to make the shortest text possible because it may get cropped according to the type of device where the ad is being viewed.
